Lot Description

1847-O Liberty Seated Quarter. Briggs 1-B. AU-55 (PCGS). CAC. An attractive array of pastel colors occur in a variegated pattern across each side. Sea-green, rose, amber, and wheat are just some of the hues that appear. Well struck except for the top of Liberty's head and some of the peripheral obverse stars. This is a scarce issue in an absolute sense that is rare at the current grade level and very rare in Mint State. PCGS# 5411.
