What a great, classic, old time look! An impressive, near GEM proof example with deep watery mirrors that shine through rich blue and teal patina. Sharply struck throughout and the eye appeal is quite smart. Only 725 proofs were struck. PCGS 86, NGC 59, CAC 12. This is the ONLY PR64+ graded at PCGS. The only CAC-approved regular PR64s were NGC coins and they sold back in 2013. The PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,200. This is a fantastic near gem that should appeal to any collector! Cert.
