Rum'n'Cola Collection. Browning-4 (R.3). Apparently, after proofs were taken off of this die pairing, the dies were permitted to sit in storage and accumulated light rust, seen here as bits of raised metal between the stripes of the shield. The grade appears to be slightly conservative given that trace luster still travels between some stars, but some caramel-grey patina might be subduing the surface jazz by just a smidge. One surface nick off right of the portrait deserves mention.
