- 1837 Modified Matron Head Cent. N-16. Rarity-3. Plain Cords, Medium Letters. MS-61 BN (PCGS).
Frosty light chocolate-brown and steely-tan surfaces with no notable marks and just a bit of brick red patina at the upper left obverse. An attractive Mint State example with an impressive provenance stretching back more than a century.
