A first-glance "unc", the surface retains considerable luster and brightness overall, which helps contribute to the attractive, lively appearance. Of more important aesthetic importance, both sides have received some exciting peripheral toning due to long album storage, incorporating rich shades of toast-gold, ocean-blue and indigo-grey. An unusually attractive example for AU-55.
