High Promises Collection. 11 graded MS-61, 182 higher at NGC, that bigger number hands-down inflated by resubmissions for this well-known key date. An adequately vibrant, satiny example, the entire surface provides off-white color with coral-gold overtones. The surface shows no major marks at all so the grade must have been mostly determined by the subdued lustrous energy.
