Well struck and endowed with varying shades of molten gold on the obverse, and then joined by irregular splashes of cobalt and magenta-orange on the reverse, design elements shows extraordinary precision of detail in every single respect. "No motto" quarters often show die doubling at QUAR DOL, as is seen here even as a proof striking.
