Lot Description

First year of issue. Low mintage of 2,790 coins in proof format and precious few survived with any sort of cameo effect. Frosty lettering and devices seem to rise up out of the watery mirrored fields. NGC has rightfully granted their Plus Grade designation to this incredible early proof.
