T. W. J. Collection. Smoke-grey patina graces the entire surface and creates a slightly hazy yet somewhat original appearance at the same time. Despite the toning, scant luster remains stubbornly visible, even in the broader areas of the obverse fields. A modestly scooped head and moderate loss of details on the shield set expectations as to the likely grade level, but the overdate shows well when one identifies the squared-off top of the "8" in the date.
