1869 Liberty Seated Dime. Proof-66 Cameo (NGC). Snow white with no signs of toning on the surfaces of this sparkling Gem. A few faint field lines appear when tilted under a light, but far fewer than normally seen on these early Proofs. Nicely contrasted with textured frost covering most of the devices, with a few patches of reflectivity within the folds of Liberty's dress from over polishing of the die. Low mintage of 600 pieces, and scarce at this grade level.
