Bert Davies Collection. Overton-101 (R.3) , the prime state and this one showing no die cracks or clash marks at all. Almost stupendously original, deep, powdery, dusky charcoal-grey coats essentially the entire surface save those high relief areas where circulation rub produces pewter-grey, and creates a delightful circulation-cameo effect. An exquisitely problem-free coin that deserves every one of the accolades that eventual winning high bid will imply.
