- 13 graded MS-66 DMPL, zero higher at PCGS. PCGS considers this silver dollar tied for the finest known. Even the famous Jack Lee collection was "only" MS-66 DMPL, and like that pedigree dollar, this example features some light golden hue toward the rims. Fully struck -- unusual for 1899 -- intricate threads wave over and behind Liberty's ear and the eagle boasts completely delineated breast feathers.
