Smartly impressed with fulsome satin luster, expertly preserved surfaces further define this upper end type candidate from the circulation strike Walking Liberty half dollar series. Essentially brilliant on the reverse, the obverse is dusted with light champagne-gold patina that provides a handsome appearance. For the 1946-D half dollar, it doesn't get any better than this in a PCGS holder.
