This coin is NOT a 66+. It is a 66.9++!!! We think one tiny dead fleck on the reverse is all that keeps this coin from being a stunning SUPERB GEM. Rich mercurial mirrored fields beam from across the room. There is a light icy-blue and clear gold iridescence that really adds the great visual allure of this GEM. The eye appeal is tremendous! PCGS 218, NGC 217, CAC 68. Only 17 of the PCGS graded coins are 66+. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $900. A great example of the final Shield nickel issue.
