1799 Draped Bust Silver Dollar. BB-169, B-21. Rarity-3. Bowers Die State IV. VF-20 (PCGS). Handsome dove-gray patina to both sides, the centers a bit lighter in tone where the wear is most prominent. Wispy abrasions are largely confined to the right-obverse border, other areas presenting an uncommonly smooth for a mid-grade early Dollar. A pleasing VF example of the type, date and individual die combination.
