1871 Pattern Seated Liberty Quarter. Judd-1102, Pollock-1238. Rarity-7+. Proof-67 RB Cameo (NGC). Struck from regular Liberty Seated quarter dollar dies in copper with a reeded edge. This is a nearly flawless specimen with tinges of deep sunset-red and crimson mint color in the protected areas with flashes of blue iridescence at the margins and selected highpoints of the design. One of the finest examples in existence.
