Lot Description

1788 Massachusetts half cent. Ryder 1-B, W-6010. Rarity-2. MS-62 BN (PCGS). 81.3 grains. Frosty and lustrous steel brown with golden highlights around devices. A few little natural fissures are seen, including in the area between the Indian and W of WEALTH, but they are not distracting. Well struck and pleasing, an excellent example of the type.
