1880 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-102. Type II Reverse. Proof-65+ (NGC). Mint brilliance at the obverse center gives way to deep circles of blue-gray and charcoal; the reverse is comprised fully of those hues, with no mint brilliance present. Frosty motifs and deeply mirrored fields, though no cameo contrast is noted on the NGC holder; often heavy toning precludes consideration for a Cameo designation. PCGS# 6441. NGC ID: 27UF.
