1842-D Liberty Head Half Eagle. Winter 7-E. Small Date, Small Letters. AU-53 (PCGS). CAC. Handsome honey-gold surfaces display tinges of more vivid copper-orange patina at the borders. The detail is quite sharp for a Dahlonega Mint gold coin, and the surfaces are exceptionally well preserved with partial mint luster and an overall smooth appearance.
