- NGC blatantly missed the mark by failing to add a "star" to this phenomenally beautiful half-dollar. Astounding album color graces the obverse, shimmering in bands of vanilla-gold, crimson-grey, cobalt and indigo hues. The reverse sees much less color but still boasts peripheral chartreuse and turquoise colors at the periphery.
