Full beaming mirrors catch the light and really flash! Sharply struck devices are generally frosty, and create a moderate cameo-like contrast. Accents of toning form a halo around the rims on both sides. With the aid of a strong glass a few teeny flecks are noted for accuracy, but none that singularly distract the eye. Overall the eye appeal is quite strong. PCGS 14, NGC 13. There is only a SINGLE PR67 RD graded finer at PCGS. The last PR66 RD to sell was in a September 2016 auction, realizing $1,880, but that coin had numerous very conspicuous carbon flecks. This coin's eye appeal is certainly stronger. The current Collector's Universe value is listed at $2,600 and keep in mind that the sole PR67 RD would likely cost around $10,000 if it were to come back on the market. Cert.
