Superb Gem Uncirculated 1961 Quarter None Graded Finer by PCGS 1961 Washington Quarter. MS-67+ (PCGS). Pristine-looking frosty surfaces are dressed in mottled copper-rose, sea-green, pale pink and powder blue iridescence. Superb Gems for the Mint State 1961 quarter are surprisingly scarce relative to the sizable mintage (37,036,000 circulation strikes), and this lovely MS-67+ is one of the two finest seen by PCGS.
