High Promises Collection. 18 graded MS-62, 31 higher at PCGS. Type I / I. One of the lowest mintages in the series results in a date for which only a precious few mint-state examples survive. Either side displays outstanding sharpness not far off a full strike. Bone-grey layers the lustrous surface and creates the visual impression of a fully choice coin, Three reed marks rest on the thigh and a few random scribbles join in to constrain the technical grade.
