- Shenandoah Collection. VAM-7. The "reverse of 1878" makes this a very popular variety with collectors. This example at first glance seems at least a point undergraded since the cheek shows basically no signs at all of contact. Both sides received tremendous detail from the dies. Bright white and probably destined for resubmission in the future!
