This beautiful premium Gem exhibits an essentially brilliant appearance with traces of golden-rose color on the reverse and fully struck, silky smooth surfaces. Although the 1924 is one of the more readily obtainable "Roaring Twenties" Buffalo nickels in Mint State, premium Gem survivors are scarcer in an absolute sense than a sizeable mintage of 21,620,000 pieces might imply.<p>
