Mintage: 23,226. Mustard-gold overall and rather devoid of patina, the surface exhibits only very minimal luster, and then, only on the reverse. Predictably, the Charlotte strike is a bit soft in all areas, although the dies managed to bring up central definition within all the stars, and vertical and horizontal stripes are all visible within the eagle's shield. Smoothly and honestly worn, with zero distractions.
