High Promises Collection. Type I / II, small mintmark low. Energetic luster and a great strike belie the grade which almost seems a little conservative at first glance. The a loupe discovers a fair number of small, fleeting hairlines and pinpoint irregularities that likely ascertain the grade. Very bright overall with some golden toning toward the lower reverse.
