1869 Liberty Seated Dime. Proof-65 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. The golden devices are sharply frosted, and the watery fields exhibit impressive reflectivity. A lovely Gem Proof specimen with mark-free surfaces and raised die striations, in the fields, that should not be mistaken for hairlines.
