Lot Description

Another coin with remarkable color and eye appeal.  Last offered in MB 44, Jan. 2017, lot 3, where it realized $1,650. The electric blue peripheral toning and pale rose centers yield a spectacular 1821.  Minor luster breaks in the fields prevent a “58” designation, but the eye-appeal is off the charts for a “55.”    Est. $1,400 to $1,700.
