1867 Silver Three-Cent Piece. Proof-64 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. Intense electric teal highlights grace both sides of this lilac and purple toned beauty. The cameo surfaces display intense luster and contrast, with only a few tiny marks keeping this from the Gem level.
