This type used to be classified as a "3/2" overdate, but is no longer regarded as such, and PCGS and NGC have stopped designating coins as examples of this delisted variety. A lovely Cameo Proof with watery fields and crisply struck devices. Lightly toned and free of surface distractions. PCGS# 84877.
