- 1853 Braided Hair Cent. N-32. Rarity-4. Grellman State-c. AU-53 (PCGS). Uniform deep olive brown with glossy surfaces and just a couple of tiny marks. A most pleasing example of this very scarce variety, and the late die state which Grellman calls "rare." EAC:VF25+ PCGS# 406056.
