BLAZING RED with the prettiest array of toning in pumpkin, gold and crimson, it looks like a sunset over Lincoln's shoulder. The reverse has slightly lighter hues, but the same lovely color combination. Not a mark to be found anywhere on the coin and if not for a couple of tiny carbon flecks the coin would go either + or PR67 (no guarantees). Chiseled design details are razor sharp. PCGS 40, NGC 8, CAC 15. Just 2,848 Proofs were coined. A piece traded in February of 2023 for $2,511 and we sold the SO-CAL example in our Regency sale December 2022 where it brought $3,407.
