1987-P Kennedy Half Dollar. MS-68 (NGC). Intense satin luster shines forth powerfully from both sides of this essentially pristine Superb Gem. The 1987-P is a common issue in an absolute sense, as are all Kennedy half dollars from the 1980s. The present example, however, is free of the poor striking quality and heavily abraded surfaces that are the norm for Mint State coins. Lovely! NGC Census: just 1; 0 finer.
