- 1836 Capped Bust Half Dime. V-4, LM-3. Rarity-1. Large 5C. MS-63 (PCGS). Bold steel-gray patina with intermingled blue-gray highlights envelop both sides and accent a sharp to full strike. There are hardly any abrasions in evidence, although we would like to see more vibrancy to the luster in order to have recommended the coin for MS-64 consideration.
