Nicholas Jackson Collection. Overton-102 (R.3) can most quickly be identified by a couple of irregular die lumps beneath "I" in UNITED. Slightly pearlescent smoke-grey toning fills both sides of this example, which features decent obverse luster and highly attractive windmills on the reverse. Neither side has any abrasions nor distractions that would be an obvious impediment to upgrade and the strike overall seems about as expected of the date.
