Lot Description

Lot 438 1797 C-2 R3. PCGS graded EF-45.Very attractive glossy steel brown blending to chocolate in protected areas. The two-tone appearance accents the devices and adds to the outstanding eye appeal. The only notable defect is a small area of microscopic porosity at the back of the head. MDS with the usual die crack through UN. Our grade is VF35. A very nice example, near the lower end of the condition census for the "Centered Head" variety. The attribution and Widok Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label.
