Lot Description

145.7 grains. DS3. Moderate wear on both sides, obscuring the primary crack on the obverse, although it is discernible with patience, and connects the back of the horse's head to the plow handles. No detracting marks, surface scratches, etc. are seen, and this well produced piece is also nicely centered and free of troublesome flan flaws. Warm, even autumn-brown patina with some darker toning engaging some of the letters and date digits at the peripheries.
