THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION BOOMING satiny luster drapes over nicely preserved surfaces and keenly struck motifs. A couple of random tick marks are seen with a loupe, but nothing noteworthy. Underrated. WB-6, Rarity-3. Repunched 47. Clearly defined repunching, especially on the 7 where doubling shows below the crossbar and the bottom of the 7. PCGS 14, NGC 8. For a so-called “common date” it is surprising that just 25 coins grade finer with the highest grade being an MS66. PCGS Price Guide Value is $2,000. In August 2019 an example traded for $1,800.
