A high-power glass is needed to discern what may be the slightest wisp of wear on the obverse, the reverse appears to be mint state. Popular late date New Orleans Mint issue. PCGS 37, NGC 37, CAC 10. The PCGS price guide lists the value at $350. The overall look and appeal of this coin compares favorably with those graded higher.
