1904-O Barber Quarter. MS-66 (PCGS). CAC. An enchanting example, both sides are moderately toned over smooth satin surfaces. Like so many New Orleans Mint quarters of the Barber design type, the 1904-O is much scarcer in Mint State than the mintage might imply, in this case a respectable 2,456,000 pieces. With most survivors heavily circulated, the significance of this premium quality Gem cannot be overstated. PCGS# 5638. NGC ID: 23YZ. PCGS Population: 12; 5 finer (MS-67+ finest).
