FROM THE BLUE OCEAN #1 REGISTRY SET FINEST DCAM proof at PCGS and among the FINEST KNOWN. Superb gem proof with spectacular mirrors and boldly frosted devices. PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 0. NGC has graded 5 finer in 69. Listed in the PCGS price guide at $7,250. A different PCGS PR68+ DCAM with a different certification number was sold at auction in April 2015 for $5,640. There is either an issue with the pop reports or that coin is no longer in that holder, leaving the present coin as the sole PCGS PR68+ DCAM, and one of or possibly the single FINEST KNOWN.
