1799 Capped Bust Right Eagle. Taraszka-22, BD-10. Rarity-3. Large Obverse Stars. MS-64 (NGC). Deeply embedded luster engages warm olive highlights on bright yellow surfaces. Nicely struck for the date and design type with full details both centrally and peripherally. From an early state of the dies before an obverse crack manifests itself at star 6.
