Lot Description

A glorious GEM with nearly full Prooflike luster on both sides. Clean fields are nicely reflective, smooth, and free from any serious marks. Light frost graces the bold, sharply struck devices, imparting a near Cameo look. PCGS 115, NGC 89, CAC 31. This example is one of just a half dozen MS66+s being graded by PCGS.
