R-7+. 4-6 Minted. Struck in aluminum with a reeded edge. This is a very pleasing GEM. There are just a few very tiny ticks-actually planchet breaks visible. The mirrors are deep and are pretty much oxidation free. There is strong cameo contrast. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and have crisp full strikes. The eye appeal is great! PCGS 1, NGC 0, CAC 1. PCGS does have one PR65 (NON-Cameo) and nothing higher. A PR64 (non-cameo) sold for $3,080 in auction way back in 1994! If that was a silver regular issue coin it would be worth $15,000-$20,000 today!!! Patterns are just too cheap.
