1817 Matron Head Cent. N-3. Rarity-2. 13 Stars. AU-50 (PCGS). Light brown and steel surfaces with some traces of frosty luster in the fields. E-MDS prior to the "mouse" die break atop Liberty's head seen on later states of this variety. Provenance: From the John McBride Collection.
