1870 Liberty Quarter Eagle. EF-40 (PCGS). A minimally worn, rose-orange example with light hairlining to the surfaces that probably explains why PCGS did not return an AU grade. The scarce 1870 Quarter Eagle has a business strike mintage of just 4,520 pieces.
