Losbeschreibung: What a neat CHOICE example of this final year of the Seated Liberty series. Only 600 were produced before the mint switched to striking Trade dollars and discontinued the silver dollar until 1878. Brilliant, blazing mirrored fields are icy smooth and offer a bold flash on both sides. A hint of pale gold at the rims. The sharply struck devices are frosty and stand out with nice contrast to the fields. The eye appeal is quite nice. Only 600 Proofs were struck. PCGS 28, NGC 14. There has not been a non-CAC coin sold since the 2019 FUN auction. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $8,250. A neat example for the collector. Cert. Number 21789628 PCGS # 87021
