1773 Virginia Halfpenny. Newman 25-M, W-1580. 7 Harp Strings. Period After GEORGIVS. MS-60 BN (PCGS). OGH. Delightful mahogany brown throughout, with glossy surfaces that show minimal signs of handling. The strike is sharp and the eye appeal much nicer than commonly found as the toning graces the devices with a seldom seen elegance.
