Losbeschreibung: Breen Die State VI. This is the latest state of these dies reported by Breen with the reverse rim break atop the letter U in UNTED extending over the left upright of the adjacent N and a light crack from the border though the letter C in AMERICA to the wreath. Rose-brown surfaces are microscopically rough with curious semi-reflective tendencies in the fields evident as the coin dips into direct lighting. Boldly defined overall with some sharper detail remaining within the recesses of Liberty's portrait and throughout the wreath; the reverse border is crisp save for where affected by the cud break, while that on the obverse is indistinct at lower left and thin elsewhere. Scattered marks are noted, including a void atop the letter L in LIBERTY and a dull scrape in the lower right obverse field.
